Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 (1 lb.) box confectioners sugar
- milk (optional)
Directions
Cream together butter, cream cheese and vanilla in bowl at medium speed of electric mixer. Gradually add confectioners sugar, beating well until smooth and creamy. If mixture is too thick to spread, add a little milk.
Will make enough to frost 3 cake layers. For bundt-size cake, can use 1/2 of recipe and freeze the rest for later use.
